#14 - How to workout during quarantine?
One key healthy habit to hold on to during this extraordinary time is to keep working out regardless of gyms, sports venues and parks now being closed in many parts of the world. Designing and executing a healthy and simple home workout routine does not have to be rocketscience. Keep it simple, use your wearable devices such as Fitbit, Oura ring or Apple Watch to track the workout effectiveness and keep grinding!
