One of the most important healthy habits in our lives is taking care of our mental health. Too often this is overlooked and shadowed by workouts and nutrition. Which are of course important as well but we cannot downplay the role of taking care of our mental health during any time of our lives - and especially during this pandemic lockdown situation where news and social media is full of COVID-19 related negativity and scary stories.
