On the podcast front, our season 2 is in full swing, and we have continued conversations with various experts around the topic of holistic health and wellbeing. The recommended episodes for this month will hopefully provide you some food for thought and super practical tips and tools on how to take care of your mind and body and maintain your healthy habits in the middle of the pandemic. Even the current travel restrictions might be a blessing in disguise – we finally have time to work on ourselves and come out stronger than ever!

#3: Wim-Hof Method

Episode #24 with Francesco Gatti digs deep into holistic health and covers also the mental and spiritual side of our wellbeing.

Among other things, this podcast reveals Francesco's experiences with Wim Hof Method – he has met the guy, done the expedition, and shares his key takeaways from regular Wim Hof practice. Tune in!

#4: The big WHY

Episode 25 explores the motivation and mindset behind healthy living and successful lifestyle changes with Jesse Kinnunen who hosts the popular Motivaatiomies -podcast in Finland.

My favorite part of this extra-long episode is the discussion around the big WHY – what drives you forward? Are you acting based on desperation vs inspiration?
