Healthzilla’s CEO Featured at Australia’s First Virtual IGNITE Women's Leaders Fitness Business Event

Monday, May 25th 2020, saw Australia’s First Virtual Ignite Women's Leaders Fitness Business Event kick off with an opening video from Fitness Business Influencer and Speaker Mel Tempest. The five-day event features three new exciting presentations from women leaders every day presenting on topics that will arm you with exciting tools and resources to grow not just your business but also to give you the skills to empower all those around you.

Thursday’s presenter, Sara Dhurga from the Fit Summit, invited over Healthzilla’s CEO Laura Ranin and WeBarre’s co-founder Linda Tang to talk about Leadership for Women in the Asian Business Industry. Sara, Laura, and Linda covered a wide variety of topics ranging from career switch to managing finances and overcoming obstacles while setting up a new business all the way to breaking the stigma around women not being great leaders. The common thread for all of them is the passion for better health, fitness, and wellbeing even though they all represent different fields in the conversation. Sara comes from the event management industry, Linda runs boutique Barre studios in Singapore and Hong Kong, and Laura is geeking away with health data in the tech scene.
