Healthzilla makes Top100 Health Influencers in the Nordics

In early October 2019, Healthzilla’s CEO Laura Ranin headed to Helsinki for Health100 – an invitation-only event that hosted the 100 most impactful people of the Nordic health scene on the beautiful Hanasaari Island. The day was all about building a safe and trusting environment for open and straightforward conversations that turned into moments of insights and unexpected synergies.

The top 100 health influencers representing startups, corporates, healthcare decision makers, investors, academia, policy makers and other health thought leaders thoroughly enjoyed the keynote speeches, workshops, and networking sessions throughout the day along with the pre-event dinner cruise on Kuunari Kathrina. The discussions of the day resulted in the creation of a shared Nordic Health Resolution - a joint promise on what the 100 health influencers will do to make sure we achieve the best possible healthcare in the Nordics.

This year’s focus was set on the already foreseeable future: the challenges, opportunities and strategic steps on how to implement concrete health innovations into practice. The event was held in the format of a curated unconference, an engaging and interactive event format, where the attendees set the agenda and discussion topics.

Healthzilla’s CEO Laura is grateful for the recognition as one of the top 100 health influencers in the Nordics and for the opportunity to co-create the Nordic Health Resolution with other people who are passionate about healthcare and willing to push the boundaries of it.

The event was organised by Upgraded – a non-profit association for health & wellbeing startups in Finland.
